autodocktools software package provides GUI to help set up, launch and analyze AutoDock dockings, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install autodocktools
autodocktools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the autodocktools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep autodocktools *
You will get with autodocktools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
